A training program for military personnel to learn about the roofing industry, develop sales skills, and provide customer service, with opportunities for career advancement in various roles within the company.

- Learn about the roofing industry and company operations through structured training
- Assist in generating sales and providing customer service
- Job shadow and learn from various divisions such as roofing, repairs, masonry, gutters, and siding
Requirements
- Must be enlisted military personnel only program.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a willingness to learn about the roofing industry.
- Must have an interest in the roofing industry.
- Must be able to build on existing skills through structured, on-the-job training.
- Must be able to job shadow and learn from divisions including roofing, repairs, masonry, gutters, and siding.
- Must be motivated and enthusiastic.
- Must be able to assist in generating sales and provide top-level customer service.
