Job Description
A part-time Customer Service Representative responsible for handling high call volumes, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing professional, efficient support in an onsite role at the Indianapolis office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call
- Address questions or complaints from customers
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries

- Be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient in work performance
- Maintain a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable demeanor
- Work onsite at the Indianapolis office
