Job Description
A full-time onsite Customer Service Representative responsible for engaging with callers, understanding their needs, providing reassurance, and ensuring a positive customer experience to support the company's reputation for quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to callers to understand their needs and reasons for contact
- Provide reassurance and relieve customer stress
- Assist customers by providing information, directions, or guidance
- Start the process to address customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Enhance customer experience through attentive and empathetic communication
Requirements
- This position is a full-time onsite role located in Sarasota, FL.
- Candidates must have the ability to thoughtfully listen to callers, understand the reason for their call, uncover their needs, relieve their stress, and reassure them that the process to provide peace of mind can begin.
- Candidates must demonstrate a genuine enjoyment of interacting with others and a natural ability to help and assist people, such as giving directions or being a good listener.
- Candidates must take pride in delighting callers and making them feel like the most important customer.
- Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and engage with customers in a manner that enhances their experience.
- Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the role in a professional manner, including providing excellent customer service and support.
