Job Description
A full-time onsite Customer Service Representative responsible for engaging with callers, understanding their needs, providing reassurance, and ensuring a positive customer experience to support the company's reputation for quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to callers to understand their needs and reasons for contact
- Provide reassurance and relieve customer stress
- Assist customers by providing information, directions, or guidance
- Start the process to address customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring they feel valued and prioritized
Requirements
- Ability to thoughtfully listen to callers, understand the reason for their call, uncover their needs, relieve their stress, and reassure them that you can start the process to provide peace of mind.
- Full-time availability to work onsite at the Sarasota, FL Office Location.
- Demonstrated enjoyment in interacting with others and helping people, including providing directions or assistance as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delighting callers and making them feel like the most important person customer.
- Experience or ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers over the phone or in person.
