Job Description
A Customer Service Representative at Bone Dry Roofing provides outstanding customer support by handling high volumes of calls, addressing inquiries and complaints, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for clients in an onsite role in Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call
- Address customer questions and complaints effectively
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide outstanding service to customers.
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- Schedule appointments with customers as needed.
- Be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient in performing job duties.
- Maintain a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable demeanor.
- Work onsite at the Indianapolis office location.
- Availability to work one of the following shifts: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm, or 8:00am - 5:00pm, or 10:00am - 7:00pm.
