Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Bone Dry Roofing will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for customers by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing efficient responses. This role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual who can work onsite in Indianapolis.
Responsibilities

- •Must be available for either full-time (Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 9:00pm) or part-time (Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm) work schedule.
