Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Bone Dry Roofing will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for customers by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing efficient responses. This role requires a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to work onsite in the Indianapolis office.

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Create a positive experience for each caller
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call
- Address all questions or complaints
- Schedule appointments
- Provide accurate and efficient responses

- Must be available for one of the following work schedules: Fulltime Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 9:00pm or Parttime Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm.
