Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Supervisor responsible for managing roofing projects, coordinating with customers, overseeing materials and quality control, and leading staff to ensure successful job completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and oversee roofing projects
- Meet with homeowners and business-owners to conduct sales and business transactions
- Interact professionally with customers and provide customer service
- Initiate all jobs by meeting with clients and coordinating project start
- Order or pick up all materials required for roofing jobs
- Perform quality control on all completed roofing jobs
Requirements
- Experience managing staff in a commercial roofing environment
- Experience meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Customer service focus in work
- Ability to start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner or business-owner
- Ability to pick up or order all materials required for each job
- Ability to perform quality control on all jobs
