Job Description
Bone Dry Roofing is a trusted leader in the roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of commercial roofing systems
- Develop and present customized roofing solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent customer service
- Generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful roofing project execution
- Travel locally to job sites using a company-provided vehicle
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with clients throughout the sales process
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service

- Compensation is commission based with annual earnings potential range of $55k to $100k with no upper limit
