- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on developing others and serving customers.
- Willingness to support the growth and long-term stability of the company through team-focused leadership.
- Ability to support and support project managers in the execution of commercial roofing projects.
- Proven commitment to safety standards and practices in a construction or roofing environment.
