Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees roofing projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, while leading and supporting roofing teams in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate roofing projects on-site
- Supervise roofing crew to ensure quality craftsmanship and safety
- Manage project timelines, materials, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members regarding project progress
Requirements

- Experience in the field of roofing or related construction work is preferred but not explicitly required
- Ability to work in a commercial roofing environment, including outdoor work and physical demands associated with roofing projects
