Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success while leading a team in the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work activities throughout the roof replacement process
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities and the ability to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers throughout the roof replacement process
- Supervision skills to oversee the installation and ensure quality workmanship
- Job organization skills to manage and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Drive to ensure project success
