Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work throughout the roof replacement process
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities, including overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Strong customer communication skills to manage customer interactions throughout the roof replacement process
- Experience in job organization and supervision of roofing projects from start to finish
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Drive to ensure project success and meet project goals
- Willingness to participate in training programs including ride-along coaching to develop skills and knowledge
