Commercial Roofing Estimator

• Perform on-site evaluations for commercial roofing projects and gather accurate measurements for estimating • Develop detailed estimating proposals for roofing systems, materials, and labor • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scope and execution • Maintain strong customer service throughout the estimating process, from initial contact to proposal delivery • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear expectations and roofing solutions • Manage multiple estimating projects while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience • 1–2 years of estimating experience • Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights • Valid driver’s license • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
