The Area Sales Manager leads and coaches the sales team in the Fort Wayne market, oversees recruiting and training of sales professionals, and helps generate sales growth while providing excellent customer service in the roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to sales representatives in the territory
Recruit, train, and onboard sales professionals within the territory
Ensure the sales team achieves and exceeds sales goals through leadership and collaboration
Assist in generating sales and developing customer relationships
Travel to other markets to support and expand sales efforts
Requirements
Experience in a leadership role providing coaching and strategic guidance to sales teams or representatives.
Experience in recruiting, training, and onboarding sales professionals within a territory or market.
Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively with a sales team reporting directly to a Market General Manager.
Excellent communication skills.
