Job Description
The Area Sales Manager leads and coaches the sales team within a specific territory, focusing on recruiting, training, and exceeding sales goals in the roofing industry while providing excellent customer service and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to sales representatives in the territory
- Recruit, train, and onboard sales professionals within the territory
- Ensure sales goals are achieved and exceeded through effective leadership and collaboration
- Assist in generating sales and developing customer relationships
- Travel to other markets to support sales staff and business growth
Requirements
