Job Description
Bone Dry Roofing is a trusted leader in the roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing signed proposals efficiently and accurately.
- Scheduling production appointments daily to keep operations moving smoothly.
- Managing production reports and communicating with all customers every 3 weeks until projects are completed.
- Handling accurate data entry and filing to keep documentation organized.
- Distributing Work Orders promptly to each division.
- Supporting other team members through a teamwork-oriented approach.
- Multi-tasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong accountability.
- May require occasional weekends.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Call center experience with telephone systems and technology.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, alongside strong and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sharp organizational and time management skills.
