Job Description
A Senior FP&A Manager at Blueland will serve as a financial partner across various teams, building financial frameworks, analyzing business performance, and providing strategic insights to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial frameworks for DTC, Retail, Amazon, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Analyze business performance data to surface insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic planning and performance evaluation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving business performance through data analysis and strategic financial planning.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and attention-to-detail.
- Ability to build financial frameworks in fast-changing environments.
- Experience serving as a financial partner to DTC, Retail, Amazon, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Ability to ask the right questions and surface business insights through analytics.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (implied by the need for advanced financial skills).
