Job Description
The Director of Social and Integrated Marketing at Blueland will lead social media, brand partnerships, and influencer programs, developing and executing a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role involves creating impactful campaigns and fostering relationships to promote the company's mission of sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media, brand partnerships, influencer and creator programs, and media work.
- Build and execute a cohesive, insight-driven marketing strategy.
- Leverage multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Create compelling campaigns to build the Blueland brand across social platforms.
- Foster relationships with partners and influencers to spread the company's mission.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media, brand partnerships, influencer and creator programs, and media work.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a cohesive, insight-driven marketing strategy that leverages multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Experience in building brands across social platforms and creating compelling marketing campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with influencers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to report to the Senior Director of Brand.
