Staff Engineer NPI

• Lead NPI for new product development (NPD) efforts and sustenance management
• Make critical product and process decisions independently
• Transfer new products from design to mass manufacturing
• Conduct DFM and DFT reviews with the engineering team
• Structure and maintain new product BOMs
• Develop and create workflow for product and manufacturing documents and procedures
• Finding the root cause for the issues raised by the manufacturing and implementing the CAPA for the same
• Implementation of ECNs and Deviations in production and with contract manufacturers
• Responding to the contract manufacturer queries and providing necessary solutions
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA & SCM teams on issue resolution
