Experience : Between 6-8 years of related experience in the field as mentioned above.
Requirements
Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles. heat transfer, thermal stresses and drafting practices.
Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to perform complex engineering analyses and complete documentation
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD modeling, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Knowledge of high temp material and ceramics is desirable
Good understanding of the structure and properties of engineering materials
Demonstrate good failure analysis and root cause analysis skills.
Must be willing to do Hands-on testing on projects.
Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and self-motivation.
Good written and verbal communication.
Team player.
Motivated self-starter, capable of organizing tasks with little to no oversight
Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships; Ability to effectively participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
