Job Description
$168,100.00 - $241,900.00
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Security operations globally
- Develop and review global security standards, programs, and SOP’s.
- Manage all security vendors against SLAs and KPIs.
- Develop security awareness training programs.
- Assess update and manage security systems for all new and existing locations globally.
- Manage physical security requirements 24/7, including development and management of a global access program.
- Partner with the Facilities and Real Estate team, Finance Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR to understand security requirements.
- Select service providers and vendors who can support Bloom Energy’s goals with integrity and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- CPP, PSP or APP professional designation
- Experience with site security assessments and surveys
- Experience with access control systems
- Familiarity with FTZ certifications
- Experience in managing and delivering workplace violence programs in a corporate environment
- Experience with physical security design specifications and standards
