Bachelor's degree and 10+ plus years of direct relevant experience. Advanced degree strongly preferred
Experience in industrial relations with a mix of both union and non-union environments
Experience working in manufacturing plants, frequently walking the plant to gain a better understanding of work processes and procedures
Proven experience managing contingent workforce programs, including contractors, temporary employees, consultants, and vendor relationships across multiple business functions
Demonstrates strategic thinking and translates business priorities into people strategies
Experience managing complex employee relations, federal & state laws, & dispute resolution
Demonstrates the ability to coach, lead and develop organizations
Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, high growth environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and "Customer Focus" with ability to positively interact with Executives, business managers and vendors
Good knowledge of compensation planning, modeling and analysis
Proven business acumen, excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with HRIS systems preferably Workday and Microsoft Office suite
