Job Description
$246,000.00 - $354,000.00
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, commissioning, or large-scale infrastructure projects; experience with data center microgrid commissioning strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical, or related field); advanced degree a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at executive levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with ability to anticipate challenges and pivot quickly.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level customer engagement.
- PMP Certification or equivalent program management experience preferred.
