B.S. in Engineering or relevant experience in Facilities
Minimum 5 yrs relevant
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in leading a team and talent management.
Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
Proven ability to successfully manage a team with multiple projects to meet deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems ( CMMS) is required, new system implementation/launch experience preferred
Able to work efficiently with cross functional team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and active listening).
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Power Point, Excel, and Word.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (e.g., 4–12 hours)
Ability to sit for extended periods
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, or twist
Ability to climb stairs/ladders if required
Lift/carry 25–50 lbs
Push/pull equipment or carts
Use team lift for heavier loads
Use hands/fingers to operate machinery, tools, or computers
Handle small components or fine motor tasks
Visual acuity for inspection or reading materials
Ability to distinguish colors or small details
Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively
Ability to work safely in noisy environments
Work in manufacturing/warehouse setting
Work in office/computer-focused environment
Work outdoors/in field conditions
Demonstrates competency in written and verbal English communications to understand safety protocols, hazard communications, and standard operational procedures (SOPs) required to ensure the safety of the employee and others on the manufacturing floor.
