Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and administer Testing Protocol(s).
- Learn and execute Bloom Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) build configuration and operation.
- Perform required preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Apprentice on leading and executing troubleshooting activities.
- Communicate cross-functionally to highlight and resolve key Quality concerns.
- Provide updates to upper-management as to the status of Testing Cycles.
- Learn and execute requirements concerning the Documentation of all aspects of testing, including final assessment, quality concerns and testing anomalies.
- Responsible for safely conducting testing at the Manufacturing Center or remote locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with technical documentation and operating instructions.
- Ability to read and understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Electrical Single Line Diagrams.
- Understanding of various Troubleshooting Methodologies.
- Computer systems knowledge preferably with MS Office programs.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Tulip preferred).
- Lean Manufacturing experience (Desired).
- Understanding of key NFPA 70E safety requirements (Desired).
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift.
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 25–50 lbs.
- Use hands and fingers to operate machinery controls and computers throughout the shift.
- Visual acuity sufficient for product inspection and reading digital/printed materials.
- Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively with staff.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in required areas (safety glasses, safety-toed boots).
