Lead the development of short-medium and long-term production plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives.
Oversee master production scheduling and ensure production plans are achievable based on capacity, materials, labor, and equipment availability.
Establish planning processes that effectively balance demand, capacity, inventory, service levels, and manufacturing costs.
Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans to address bottlenecks, resource limitations and changing demand.
Ensure production schedules are optimized to maximize throughput, minimize downtime, and improve on-time delivery.
Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
Prepare and manage department budgets and support strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning and supplier management.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and advanced planning software.
Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, financial, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communications, leadership and organizational abilities.
Comfortable initiating productive discussions in a conflict-adverse environment
Must be self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
