Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will be an integral part of Bedrock Energy's Engineering team, collaborating with leadership and various engineering disciplines to develop innovative geothermal heating and cooling technologies. This role involves delivering advanced subsurface and construction equipment to enhance geo-field construction efficiency and contribute to the establishment of the engineering organization's culture and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and technology partners
- Deliver integrated, intelligent, autonomous subsurface and construction equipment
- Enhance geo-field construction efficiency and reliability
- Help establish engineering organization culture, processes, systems, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical engineering design and implementation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, electrical, and operations engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
