Job Description
The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with the leadership team and various engineering disciplines to develop technologies for geothermal heating and cooling systems, focusing on surface and subsurface technologies for autonomous geo-field construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and technology partners to deliver geothermal heating and cooling technologies.
- Support the development of surface and subsurface technologies for autonomous geo-field construction.
- Help establish the engineering organization's culture, processes, systems, and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in developing surface and subsurface technologies for geothermal energy systems.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership teams and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering engineering projects that support geothermal heating and cooling technologies.
