Office Field Engineer/Procedure Writer

Support constructability reviews during the design process, part of the home office construction team. • Assist with development of construction procedures, plans, methodology statements, risk management plans, and strategy documents. • Work with the design teams to ensure requirements are incorporated into the design, layout and specifications. • Writing, editing, and proofreading moderate to complex documents and other print and electronic media. • Planning the format of a document, organizing content, editing text and graphics, and providing instructions for final reproduction. • Recommending and coordinating document formatting and graphics design, resolving editorial and/or content issues and providing additional editorial support. • Editing or rewriting draft documents. Ensuring that the material is structured and formatted logically, and inconsistencies are resolved. • Providing production data for performance metrics. • Responsible for electronic file management, which may include access and configuration control. • Maintaining document and resource files (photos and support matter). Maintaining the office style guide, as required.

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
• Must be Authorized to work in Poland.
• Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Polish.
• Must be able to obtain an office or site security badge.
