Job Description
This role leads the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and business growth in the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of FP&A planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders by providing financial insights and decision support.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, assumptions, and analytical tools supporting planning and forecasting.
- Establish and manage FP&A operating cadence, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare executive-level financial analyses and narratives for leadership reviews.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis and forecasting, and elevate recommendations.
- Collaborate with accounting, systems, and operations teams to improve data quality and reporting systems.
- Provide governance over FP&A models, assumptions, and data integrity.
- Conduct cross-functional financial analyses related to cost management, resource planning, and performance improvement.
- Manage, mentor, and develop FP&A team members to enhance analytical and partnership skills.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, including significant FP A experience.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders with financial insight and influence decisions through rigorous analysis.
- Strong people leadership and execution management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level financial materials and presentations.
- Demonstrated success in improving FP A processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
- Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- MBA or advanced degree or professional designation preferred.

Compensation/salary range: $180,433 - $212,274 USD plus bonus
