Job Description
The Product Manager will lead the design and delivery of mission-critical self-driving technology solutions for Aurora's autonomous trucking network, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop products that enhance fleet integration, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design and delivery of mission-critical self-driving technology across Aurora and customer terminals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to expand the network footprint of Aurora's autonomous trucks.
- Develop a deep understanding of integrating self-driving technology into trucking fleet operations.
- Define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value and align with business goals.
- Translate product usage data and user feedback into actionable requirements for iterative improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to create user-friendly software solutions.
- Manage stakeholder priorities and timelines, balancing trade-offs effectively.
- Stay informed on trends in self-driving tech, fleet management, and logistics industries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in software product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing commercially successful software products.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges, and risks.
- High level of comfort working in ambiguity, with the ability to define the unknown, create structure, and manage change.
- Solid leadership experience with cross-functional teams in service of a large workstream.
- Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to bring product requirements and user experiences to life while maximizing ROI.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication.
- Passion for self-driving technology and its potential to revolutionize the transportation industry.

Base salary range of 181K to 262K per year
