Job Description
A Software Engineer at Aurora will develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines and onboard machine learning infrastructure to support self-driving vehicle systems, collaborating with various teams to advance autonomous mobility technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale data extraction, model training, and evaluation pipelines
- Build and optimize onboard machine learning infrastructure for deploying models and running inference
- Collaborate with motion planning, systems engineering, and other teams to define and develop ML workflow requirements
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in C or Python, ideally both.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, especially operating system concepts including concurrency, memory management, and process scheduling.

Salary range: 126,000 - 181,000 per year
