Job Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager, IT Enterprise Apps at Aurora is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise system initiatives across HRIS, Finance, and Sales technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and system integration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives across HRIS, Finance Tech, and Sales Tech.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and other IT teams.
- Apply hybrid project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to project execution.
- Develop and execute project roadmaps, breaking down large initiatives into manageable plans and milestones.
- Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress and blockers.
Requirements
- 7 years of Technical Program Management experience, specifically within the Enterprise IT or Corporate Engineering environment.
- Proven track record managing implementations and upgrades in at least one of the following Enterprise Applications areas: HRIS, Financial Systems ERP, or Sales Operations CRM.
- Deep proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Ability to discuss API integrations, data flows, and system architecture with engineering teams; understanding the landscape without needing to code.
- Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and experience operating in a hybrid model.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
