Job Description
The Licensed Project Surveyor at Atwell, LLC will manage various surveying projects from start to finish, collaborating with project managers and utilizing engineering software to ensure project scope and budgets are met while working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to establish project scope, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
- Ensure project scope and budget are on track with Project Managers.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments on time and within standards.
- Review and adjust survey field calculations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, contractors, inspectors, and team leaders.
Requirements
- Licensed Project Surveyor (PLS) is required.
- Advanced understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Leveling, Traversing, GPS, Data Collections, Legal Descriptions, Plan interpretations, and Real Estate Documents.
- Prior experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble equipment.
- Prior experience working in the field on a survey crew.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D daily and related engineering software packages to complete assignments on time and within prescribed standards and budgets.
