Job Description
The Survey Project Administrator supports project teams by handling administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks related to land development, surveying, and engineering projects, ensuring smooth project progress, compliance, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing correspondence, proposals, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct research and gather information from project resources such as zoning, title, survey documents, and maps.
- Track project status, schedules, budgets, and team progress, and organize project files and documentation.
- Ensure project compliance and quality by maintaining accurate records and adhering to firm standards.
- Support project coordination by assisting with adjustments to schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Formal training or prior experience in administrative, office, or project support roles
- Experience supporting professional services, engineering, surveying, planning, or consulting teams preferred
- Title experience in title research, documentation, or review is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required, including preparing proposals, spreadsheets, and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data handling
