A Senior Project Manager in land development responsible for leading and overseeing engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and effective team mentorship, while managing project delivery and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and review report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and due diligence site analysis reports.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments efficiently and uphold quality standards.
Mentor and support junior staff with technical questions related to land development projects.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
Review and seal project documents to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Analyze survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and easements.
Make necessary edits and modifications to plans based on agency, municipal, and client requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and team leaders to track workflow and meet project goals.
Support financial objectives and contribute to project success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
10 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development including design, project management, business development, and invoicing
