Job Description
Atwell is seeking a remote Proposal Marketing Associate to support our Land Development and Public Works practice on the west coast , including municipal infrastructure, transportation, water/wastewater, and community development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in Land Development, Public Works, municipal infrastructure, or civil engineering
- Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for public agencies, municipalities, or land development clients
- Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized contracts to large, multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes, capture strategy, and competitive positioning
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-level pursuits with autonomy
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and business line directors
- AEC industry experience required; Land Development/Public Works experience strongly preferred
