Proposal Marketing Associate, Remote, West Coast (Land Development & Public Works) at Atwell

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field

5+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in Land Development, Public Works, municipal infrastructure, or civil engineering

Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for public agencies, municipalities, or land development clients

Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized contracts to large, multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs

Strong understanding of public procurement processes, capture strategy, and competitive positioning

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-level pursuits with autonomy

Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and business line directors

AEC industry experience required; Land Development/Public Works experience strongly preferred
