Job Description
The Project Surveyor at Atwell, LLC will be responsible for supporting the survey group in executing various residential, commercial, and transportation projects, collaborating with Project Managers to ensure project scope, budgets, and schedules are met while utilizing advanced surveying techniques and equipment.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with Project Managers on project scope, budgets, staffing, and schedules
- •Ensure project scope and budget are on track
- •Review and adjust survey field calculations as needed
- •Communicate effectively with internal staff, contractors, inspectors, and team leaders
- •Attend training, development events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- •Advanced understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Leveling, Traversing, GPS, Data Collections, Legal Descriptions, Plan interpretations, and Real Estate Documents.
- •Prior experience with Trimble equipment and Trimble Business Center.
- •Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- •LSIT or PLS certification is required.
