Job Description
The Project Manager for Atwell's Civil Engineering group will oversee diverse engineering projects, collaborating with teams on site plans and construction documents, analyzing survey data, mentoring junior staff, and utilizing engineering software to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- •Collaborate with production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents.
- •Analyze project survey data and examine legal descriptions and easement documents.
- •Guide and assist junior staff in executing project-based tasks.
- •Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations related to engineering projects.
- •Provide construction-related services and direct junior team members.
- •Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- •Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and various engineering software packages.
- •Experience in preparing hydrology hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
- •Ability to analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
- •Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff.
- •Strong collaboration skills to work closely with production teams on drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
