Job Description
The role involves managing land development civil engineering projects from start to finish, utilizing design software, maintaining client relationships, overseeing project finances, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business growth within a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion
- Design and analyze projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure project delivery meets expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for firm growth
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of project deliverables
Requirements
- Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies
- Proven experience managing commercial and residential land development projects
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in business development
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
