Job Description
A Project Manager role focused on leading oil and gas hydrocarbon projects, including pipelines and facilities, with responsibilities in strategic leadership, client relationship management, project execution, financial oversight, and team development within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oil and Gas Hydrocarbons Projects division
- Develop and execute project strategies aligned with client expectations, industry standards, and regulations
- Serve as the primary liaison with key clients to foster relationships and identify business growth opportunities
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division using emerging technologies and industry trends
- Mentor and develop a team of project managers and engineers to promote collaboration and excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- Professional Engineering or Survey license is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
