Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports high-impact projects in retail and industrial markets by coordinating project teams, communicating with clients and management, and ensuring project objectives, quality standards, and profitability are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-impact projects across fast-paced markets, supporting client needs and project profitability.
  • Assist in developing project plans, including determining timeframes, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
  • Analyze design, client requirements, and performance standards to ensure work quality.
  • Monitor project status, collect and analyze information and trends, and intervene to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure adherence to quality standards and company reputation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in civil engineering, environmental, land planning, survey, or related field.
  • Experience in dealing with private land development deadlines and expectations.
