Atwell is hiring a mid-level Mechanical Project Engineer (PE) to support oil & natural gas, CO₂, hydrogen, and RNG pipeline and facility projects.

Lead and support project teams on assigned tasks; provide technical guidance and implement client-requested design changes.
Interface with clients, EPCs, vendors, and regulators; communicate scope, progress, risks, and design decisions.
Coordinate with civil/structural/electrical/instrumentation/process teams to ensure integrated, constructible designs.
Mentor junior engineers/designers; contribute to mechanical best practices, standards, and QA/QC.
Travel to offices, vendor facilities, and jobsites as needed.
Serve as the mechanical engineering lead or key contributor for pipeline and facility projects, including:
Develop and own mechanical deliverables such as:
Perform/oversee engineering calculations and technical evaluations, including:
Support facility layout and integration:

Strong experience with piping design, facility mechanical systems, and field execution support.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office; exposure to 3D tools (Plant 3D, CADWorx, AVEVA, or similar) is a plus.
Consulting/EPC experience and comfort working to owner/operator standards.
Experience supporting projects in operating facilities
Pay Range - $90,000 - $145,000 base + end of year bonus.
