Job Description

The role involves supporting electric transmission infrastructure projects through right of way acquisition, landowner engagement, negotiations, and coordination with project teams across multiple regions, requiring independent fieldwork and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support right of way acquisition activities for electric transmission projects
Conduct landowner outreach and facilitate property negotiations
Coordinate with project teams, title resources, and client stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Support field-based project activities and stakeholder engagement
Travel throughout assigned project areas as needed

Requirements

Prior right of way, land acquisition, easement, or transmission project experience required.
Experience supporting electric utility or linear infrastructure projects preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in rural project environments.
Active Notary Public commission preferred or ability to obtain quickly.
Nebraska real estate license strongly preferred for candidates supporting Nebraska activities.
Willingness to travel throughout the project region as needed.
