Job Description
Atwell is seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to support a major energy utility client across a portfolio of land and right of way projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent
- 4+ years of project management experience in the energy industry, with a focus on property rights and easement acquisition
- Hands-on experience supporting electric, gas, or energy utility clients on land and ROW programs
- Expertise in land agreements and negotiations — ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee property, and damage settlements
- Working knowledge of regulations governing right of way and other property rights
- Experience with Vision as a project management tool
- AAPL or SR/WA certification is a plus
