Job Description
A remote Project Coordinator role supporting land solutions projects by managing land research, title review, documentation, and cross-team communication to ensure project accuracy and progress in infrastructure, energy, and utility sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project setup, tracking, and reporting for land and infrastructure projects
- Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and land documentation
- Coordinate across teams to ensure data alignment and deliverables
- Assist with parcel identification, landowner research, and contact validation
- Perform quality control reviews on land documents and project data
- Maintain organized, audit-ready project files and documentation
- Support document workflows including contracts, invoices, and deliverables
- Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing notes and action items
- Support preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materials
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in land, right-of-way, title, real estate, or a related field
- Strong experience with title research, deed review, and land records analysis
- Familiarity with county courthouse research, legal descriptions, and ownership structures
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization
- Comfortable working across multiple systems including Excel, document management tools, and GIS platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Surveying, Environmental, or related field (preferred)
