An Administrative Assistant role supporting the Land Solutions Payment Services Team by managing landowner inquiries, ensuring documentation accuracy, and organizing project files to facilitate smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with landowners, gather information, and route inquiries to Subject Matter Experts
Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain strong relationships
Conduct quality reviews of deeds, titles, and appraisals, and request supporting materials
Record memorandums with counties when needed
Collect, organize, and maintain project files according to company standards
Work closely with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to meet tasks and deadlines
Requirements
One year of administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
