A Corporate Brand Designer at Atwell, LLC is responsible for creating visual assets that support branding, marketing, and proposal efforts across the company's various divisions, ensuring brand consistency and effective visual communication in a remote, professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce branded visual assets, including graphics, templates, and marketing materials.
Support proposal and business development efforts by creating layouts, infographics, and presentation materials.
Create creative assets for internal and external communications, such as presentations, proposals, digital campaigns, social media content, website graphics, and newsletters.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms and deliverables.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and shared design resources.
Conduct audits of marketing and proposal materials to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on integrated brand initiatives.
Perform light market and competitive research to support brand positioning and creative direction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing relevant internships or portfolio work accepted.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or corporate marketing materials is preferred.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, and brand consistency.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
